Located near Oakland’s beautiful Lake Merritt, our Oakland location was the second P+D studio. In 2024, we grew into a second space two doors down. Now we have two multi-room studios in this location: Oakland 366 and Oakland 362! They are situated right in the middle of a lively neighborhood alongside bars and restaurants.

Oakland 366:

  • 1 aerial point for private lessons and training

  • Lockers for secure storage

  • All-gender restroom inside the studio

Oakland 362:

  • Both studios are located on street level on Grand Ave, in between Perkins St and Staten Ave.

    Oakland 366 is our main location. Please check in here, no matter which studio your class is scheduled for. Our Front Desk team will help direct you to the correct space. When you arrive please knock on the door to be let into the building.

  • There is metered street parking on Grand Ave and residential parking in the neighborhood behind the studio (turn up Perkins or Staten). Please be aware of all parking signs and restrictions and don’t leave anything in your car. Give yourself plenty of time to find parking including on weekends as Lake Merritt is always very busy. Sometimes you’ll need to drive up 3-4 blocks up the hill behind the studio to find parking during busy times.

  • Fly Space in Oakland 366 has 45mm stainless steel Platinum Stages poles. Flow Space has 45mm stainless steel Xpoles. All our poles are hypoallergenic.

    In Oakland 362, both Fly and Flow have 14ft 45mm stainless steel Platinum Stages poles at a competition-standard 8ft apart.
